Drenched in natural light, we are a newly renovated photography studio nestled in the heart of Binghamton’s historic antique row. This nearly 2,000 square foot space is a haven for photographers, videographers and creative professionals a like.
With a wide variety of backdrops, lighting situations, and unique rooms, you can come ready to be truly inspired. There is also a makeup & changing room, plus two bathrooms available.
To accommodate varying needs and schedules we offer hourly, half or full day rentals. Although not required, we encourage a visit before your session, so you can experience the atmosphere firsthand and make sure we are a good fit.
Please note, this is not a venue for large gatherings or events. It is a canvas for the creatively driven — perfect for small classes, demonstrations, and, above all, capturing beauty through the lens.

Rental Fees
non refundable fee - must be paid in full at time of booking
$60 - 1 Hour Rental
$85 - 3 Hour Rental
$145 - 6 Hour Rental
$280 - 12 Hour Rental

Reserving a Date
Dates are first come first serve. A date will not be guaranteed until payment and a signed contract is submitted.
Cancelation & Refunds
All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. We understand life happens, if, in the case of a serious emergency, and or dangerous weather conditions, please let us know as soon as possible, we will try our best to work with you to reschedule your date to what we have available.
Hold Harmless Agreement
To rent the studio you are required to sign a hold harmless agreement and acknowledge that you take full responsibility for any damage, or injury that happens during your rental.
